New Delhi: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has secured its largest export order to date. The company will supply 35,000 light commercial vehicles to Indonesia in 2026.

The vehicles will be delivered to Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, a state-owned enterprise of Indonesia. The order involves the supply of Single-Cab Scorpio Pik Up models. Mahindra, in a release, said the export volume exceeds its total overseas shipments recorded in FY25.

The vehicles will support the Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih project in Indonesia. The initiative focuses on strengthening village-level cooperatives and improving food supply chains across the country.

Mahindra stated that the Scorpio Pik Ups will play a key role in improving rural logistics. The vehicles will help move fresh produce from farmers to markets more efficiently. The project aims to bridge the gap between producers and consumers.

Under the partnership, Mahindra and Agrinas Pangan Nusantara will work together to strengthen cooperative logistics. The focus will remain on ensuring smooth and reliable movement of goods across rural regions. The collaboration also seeks to promote village-level economic growth.

Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of Mahindra’s Automotive Division, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to Indonesia’s development goals. He added that the Scorpio Pik Up offers durability, low operating costs, and strong performance in demanding conditions. He noted that the export volume will significantly boost Mahindra’s international operations.

Mahindra manufactures the Scorpio Pik Up at its Nashik plant. The vehicle is known globally for its high payload capacity and reliability. Mahindra has tailored the model to operate on rough rural roads and farm tracks.

The company said the vehicles will strengthen the Koperasi ecosystem. They will support first-mile aggregation and intra-village logistics. This will ensure smoother movement of goods within cooperative networks.
