Odisha recognised for wind project facilitation and regulatory framework

BHUBANESWAR: Odisha has been recognised by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for its performance in “Wind Project Facilitation & Regulatory Framework”.

The recognition highlights the state’s efforts in building an enabling environment for renewable energy development through progressive policy measures and streamlined regulatory processes.

It also reflects the role of the Renewable Energy Nodal Agency in supporting Odisha’s clean energy transition.

In a post on X, Energy Department said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, the state continues to position itself as an attractive destination for renewable energy investments.
