Bhubaneswar: Silver Touch Technologies Limited has received a purchase order from the Odisha Computer Application Centre for the enhancement, operation, maintenance, and technical support of the CM-KISAN portal under the Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department.
The company said this in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange.
The order focuses on the modernization and long-term management of the CM-KISAN farmer benefit platform. The portal serves as an important digital system that supports agricultural welfare schemes and direct benefit transfers to farmers across the State.
The CM-KISAN platform helps the government deliver financial assistance and welfare benefits to farmers. Under the project, Silver Touch will work to strengthen the digital infrastructure of farmer-centric schemes and improve integration with national and state agricultural databases.
The company will also work to enhance transparency, accuracy, and traceability in the distribution of benefits. The upgraded system will help authorities make real-time data-driven decisions for agricultural governance.

The order marks another milestone in the company’s growing AgriTech portfolio. The portfolio focuses on farmer lifecycle management systems, direct benefit transfer platforms, scheme integration frameworks, secure cloud-based agricultural applications, and rural digital enablement initiatives.
