Bhubaneswar: Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited (OMFED) has been awarded the “Trust Brand of Odisha”. The award was presented at a recent special event titled “Atmanirbhar Odisha”, held in Bhubaneswar. Minister of Commerce & Transport, Mines & Steel, Bibhuti Bhusan Jena, graced the occasion. OMFED President Kishore Chandra Pradhani and Deputy Manager Dr Biswaranjan Tripathy received the award from the minister.
“This recognition is a symbol of the hard work of lakhs of farmers of the state and the love of countless customers. We are grateful to Omfed for reaching out to crores of people of the state,” said Pradhani, while receiving the award.
OMFED, the milk of Odisha, is a familiar name in households today. Due to its quality and scale, OMFED has made its mark not only in Odisha but also outside the state. “OMFED has always endeavoured to provide clean and hygienic milk products to innumerable consumers, which are tested at various stages. There will be no compromise on quality,” said Vijay Amrit Kulange, Managing Director, OMFED.
OMFED has won the trust of the people of the state for its cleanliness and purity. This honour and credit go to lakhs of farmers, countless customers, and hardworking employees of OMFED, he added.
